- Connect at the gut.
- Strong forms.
- Big emotions.
- Strive for balance in imbalance.
- Show the art of being a human (Evidence of human emotion/interaction -- as central tenent.)
- Use humble materials. Show similarities between a laborer/construction worker and artist. Similar materials similar tools -- different societal perceptions.
- Experiment.
- Work continuously / in volume to produce the few exceptional.
- Work quickly to maintain looseness.
- Challenge expectations.
- Don't let it become precious.
